    Telesales Manager – Business Finance

    Westerham – Kent

    £30/35k plus benefits

    Our client is a prestigious provider of business finance they are looking to hire an experienced office based Tele Sales Manager to pro-actively manage the database of customers and prospects across the whole of the business. The primary focus being new business development within asset finance sectors through a structured programme of tele-marketing in conjunction with field based colleagues and central marketing support.


     Promote the products to existing customers, new prospects, manufacturers and dealers
     Ensure that an appropriate calling plan is in place for existing customer base
     Build and maintain, (working with field based colleagues) a prospect database that supports the wider ambition of the business.
     Where appropriate (dependent on experience) negotiate commercially acceptable transactions with customer key decision makers. Obtain financial and non-financial information to complete credit applications for sanctioning within the credit process.
     Manage personal activity and pipeline to ensure personal targets are achieved. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of activity and results using CRM and other systems as required and advised from time to time.
     Work with the Sales Director, Regional Sales Directors and Central Marketing function to build and support external marketing campaigns, e shots etc.
     Contribute to the Regional and wider business development strategy through positive interaction with other members of the team
     Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and functions as may be required from time to time.


     Previous successful tele-sales experience within a highly targeted sales led organisation.
     Strong verbal and written communication skills.
     Solid demonstrable commercial negotiation skills
     Ability to work within a robust team environment.
     Ability to demonstrate ongoing understanding of key performance drivers.
     Ability to work on own initiative.
     PC skills to include Excel, Word & PowerPoint
     Ability to manage self in a constantly changing environment
     Demonstrate proven success in sales career to date.
     Clean driving license
