Role: Relationship Manager

Location: Stafford (Hybrid)

Basic Salary: £22/27k DOE plus bonus and great benefits

Great opportunity to join a specialist asset finance company as a Relationship Manager.  The successful candidate would be joining the Direct and Online sales team and reporting to the Head of Online & Direct Sales.  Ideal candidates will have experience in a customer facing role in the financial services sector, candidates with transferable sales role experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities of Relationship Manager:

• Supporting and promoting the sale of excavators and related equipment through hire purchase and lease
• Following our compliant sales process to support our clients in choosing the right finance option for their business.
• Negotiating finance rates and co-ordinating each stage of the client transaction.
• A high level of telephone interaction with clients, external sales team, and dealer sales personnel
• Achieving profit and margin objectives
• Building relationships with new and existing clients through regular calls and emails and responding to inbound enquiries
• Nurturing existing relationships with clients and dealer sales personnel
• Build, manage and maintain sales pipeline

Qualifications & Experience required to be Relationship Manager:

• A levels/BTEC
• Ideally, proven success in meeting sales quotas in a financial services environment.
• Knowledge of hire purchase, leasing, or B2B lending
• Understanding financial service regulations and standard industry policies
