To provide ad-hoc administrative support to the office and the leasing team.
*Ensure stationery/ stock and office suppliers are replenished.
*Check and sign off incoming deliveries
*Scanning, filing, etc as required.
*Greeting guests prior to meetings, setting up conference calls.
*Assisting with onsite IT/ Phone issues.
*Manage incoming and outgoing post.
*Professional and friendly attitude
*High attention to detail
*Previous office administration
