Sales Administration – Motor Finance

Your duties and responsibilities:
*Ensuring appropriate funder selection to ensure company policy is followed and the customer is offered a fair outcome.
*Providing a fast and efficient service, it is vital that the Dealtrack notes are kept fully up to date.
*Solving problems with individual deals with a positive approach i.e. how can we make this deal happen?
*Going the extra mile wherever possible.
*FCA compliant, putting TCF at the heart of the team ethos.
*Create a ‘can do’ atmosphere.
*Achieving/exceeding Team Targets.
*Ensuring data is keyed correctly.
*Customer queries answered fully and transparently
*Documents attached to Dealtrack – all relevant documents to be attached to Dealtrack for each application (proposal form, acceptances, further information from customer and finance documents) to ensure a fast and efficient service.
*To study for and successfully pass SAF test each year
You will be:-
*Finance Experience (dealership/ business manager background is ideal)
*Must live on the Wirral
*The ideal applicant will work every Saturday 4 days in the week.
*9am – 6pm weekdays, 9am – 5.30pm Saturday, 10am – 4pm Sunday.
