Customer Service Agent
22k-27k plus bonus
My client in Motor finance are looking to expand on the operations team and are now looking for a customer service agent to join the exciting/growing business. You will be helping and supporting customers to the best of your ability.
*Answering all customers questions via email/telephone and customer portal in a professional and friendly way.
*Direct debit issues
*Prioritising your daily work load
*Giving the best customer service to make the customers experience run as smooth as possible.
Previous experience working in telephone-based customer service role or Motor Industry in a customer-facing role
Professional and approachable telephone manner.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Keeping calm under pressure.
Shift pattern – one week 9am to 5pm and the following week 12-8pm.Will also need to work 1 Saturday in 4. (You get a day off in the following week)
25 days holiday
