Credit Officer

Role: Lending Officer/Credit Officer (Asset Finance FTC – November 2024)

Location: Leicester (Hybrid)

Basic salary: £29k pro rata

Our client is a prestigious lender who have an exciting opportunity for a Lending Officer/Credit Officer to join their Team on a hybrid basis for a FTC until the end of November 2024. They are looking for someone with an experience in Asset or Commercial finance to deliver a high quality of customer service with specific responsibility for their Asset Finance Customers.

The Credit Officer Role –

• Ensure full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Report risk events and appropriate errors and issues
• Management and reporting of complaints
• Work closely with customer services as a subject matter expert
• Ensure that all customer and account records are kept up to date

Ideal Candidates for Credit Officer Role should have –

• Asset or Commercial Finance experience
• Knowledge and understanding of regulations and policies
• Strong customer services skills
• Experience of dealing with complex issues
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work as part of a team.
