    The Role:

    As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to build relationships and offer asset finance solutions to existing clients as well as new clients. To succeed, you’ll need knowledge of working in the asset finance sector funding soft/hard assets or both offering funding facilities including Finance Lease, Hire Purchase and other solutions, so as to add real value to our clients’ businesses.
    The role will primarily involve working with existing customers where there is already a relationship in place as well as bringing on new clients via networking, professional introductions and cold calling.

    Experience

    To be considered, you will need:

    *Strong communication skills
    *Ability to communicate at all levels and develop relationships with SME, Investors and Partners
    *Strong networking skills
    *Enjoy developing rapport with clients, prospects, suppliers and introducers
    *Ability to liase with clients to understand the lending proposition and negotiating formal terms.
    *A hard-working approach and desire to succeed
    *The ability to interpret and present financial information, with a working knowledge of asset finance.

    It would be preferable for the candidates to have a good track record in the asset finance industry, although applicants with transferable skills in telesales, external sales or financial services will also be considered.

    Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:00
