Title: Business Development Manager/Broker Manager – Asset Finance

Location: London/Essex -Office Based

Salary: Basic £35k OTE £90k plus with great benefits

Our client is well established Brokerage who has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Broker Manager to join their sales team.

Successful applicants will play a crucial role in arranging Loans and Soft/Hard Asset Finance, securing funding for businesses ranging from £5,000 to £2,000,000.

The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate is to:

• Arrange Loans and Soft/Hard Asset Finance for businesses ranging from £5,000 to £2,000,000.

• Engage with inbound leads, pro-actively generate outbound leads as well as conduct discovery calls with business owners.

• Analyse financial documents and match businesses with suitable lenders.

• Guide businesses through financing transactions.

Experience

• Previous experience within the commercial finance sector is preferred, but open to applications from qualified and motivated candidates.
