Sales Support Administrative – 12 month contract

Responsibilities of the position are to support Account Managers with all proposals. Sales Support manage every lead from initial contact with customers/suppliers, obtaining decisions to generate as much business for our client g by building a proposal for underwriting then taking the deal through to pay-out stage. The Dept also keep relationships for future business with the customers/suppliers.
*Provide full support through administrative duties for Account Managers and House accounts
*Contact with customers and suppliers obtaining relevant information for proposals
*Proposals loaded correctly on to Finlex
*Necessary credit checks and supporting information for an underwriting decision
*Regular contact with customer & suppliers will all updates and decisions (reminders set on all deals)
*Producing of Finance documentation in compliance with all terms which can include EDocs
*Invoice instructions sent to the supplier
*On receipt of confirmation of delivery and invoice a full verbal delivery check will be conducted with the customer and check sheet completed and signed off and deals sent for pay-out
*Support each member of the team
