Administration/ Customer Service – Reading
18-21k plus bonus.
*Answer incoming calls external and internal responding to queries quickly and efficiently.
*Ensure email/ message queries are responded to within 24 hours SLA.
*Work through / action daily reports.
*Manage customer’s orders and be proactive to ensure customers’ expectations are met.
*Work with sales to ensure the best customer journey.
*Maintain a good working relationship with funders & dealers.
*Succeeded in a busy and pressurised administration role.
*Able to work confidently and calmly under pressure. Previous Administration experience and Proven Customer Service skills – Essential.
*You must be confident with high level oral and written communication skills, be self-motivated, extremely organised, proactive and flexible.
*Apply good attention to detail with the Capacity to remain calm under occasional peaks of pressure, brought about by high volumes of customer contact. Demonstrate good computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
