Admin Support/Procurement – Finance
Our client is a specialist providor of contract hire/vehicle finance. The assistant will work in the vehicle purchasing team which is responsible for all the special offers and pricing on our clients website. This role is crucial in the success of the procurement team and works with the manager and the team to ensure they always remain competitive. This is done by negotiating the best discounts and identifying the best dealers finance companies which we have available externally.
Pricing – Being able to identify the best discount to use in conjunction with the best in-house or Dealer funder to ensure we always have the most competitive rates in the market.
Building and maintaining relationships – Develop and maintain internal relationships with the Sales and Admin teams including management.
Develop and maintain relationships with our suppliers as well as identifying new suppliers.
* Succeeded in a busy and pressurised administration
* Has managed relationships with external suppliers
* Producing internal marketing material
