An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Fleet Management team for a major provider of Fleet finance , our client funds cars and commercial vehicles via lease agreements for small, local businesses through to some of the largest companies in the country.

Vacancy Description

This role involves the operational relationship management of a number of outsourced customers, supporting the Corporate Relationship Managers to develop, implement and embed a clear fleet strategy and ensure that the day to day needs of the customer and business are met.

With a strong background in fleet you will relish the opportunity to drive forward all aspects of Policy, Duty of Care, and Operational performance to drive out savings and minimise risk. You will have exceptional customer facing skills, be able to analyse large quantities of fleet date, be able to identify recommendations, present and then achieve buy in from the customer to your proposals


Key accountabilities

To manage effectively a portfolio of Fleet Management accounts
To support the wider Consultancy team in the development and execution of Fleet Consultancy
To own all aspects of a customers car policy and service provision including the SLA, any non standard processes and KPI ‘s
To help the customer reduce the cost of running their fleet and to improve efficiency through challenging processes carried out both within our business or the customer.
To act as a key contact point for customers who need to escalate a problem or request for information.
To in turn escalate to the customer any matter which the fleet manager feels is increasing risk or costs to either party.
To work in partnership with CRM’s and at operational and strategic fleet reviews present key findings and recommendations.
To support the Head of Fleet Management and Implementation in the development of strategic projects aimed at reengineering aspects of the business model.
