Specifications
Location:	This role is home based with travel across the whole UK required in line with business needs. The successful candidate will be able to work from the main company sites in Birmingham and Cheshire as required.
Salary:	£25,000 – £29,000 basic OTE £45,000, bonuses and a range of benefits such as pension and healthcare

The Role

Devise a plan within own territory to maximise profitability and minimise costs.
To contribute ideas and suggestions that will improve systems, process and business levels
Assist key accounts with business strategy planning and marketing initiatives to strengthen partnerships and increase the market share.
Have sound knowledge of competitors, their products and their services in order to adapt strategy and ensure business continuity.
Ensure legal and compliance issues are carried out in accordance with procedures to avoid adverse litigation, minimise operational and financial risk.
Focus on customer renewals by tracking and liaising with the appropriate introductory source to optimise retention levels.
Provide National Sales Manager with regular reports detailing progress relative to plan highlighting development areas.

The Candidate

The candidate ideal will have knowledge of the Automotive funding market coupled with a good understanding all relevant financial products and their suitability.

Able to provide feedback and involve others in the issues that affect them, building confidence, trust and facilitating understanding, even when communicating tough messages.

They should be able to adapt their communication style to suit their target audience, gaining commitment & influencing to achieve objectives.

Be proactive and innovative in problem solving with a team ethic, capable of prioritising their workload whilst recognising the resources available to them, the skills of their team and those of their colleagues.
Ideally they should be conversant with relevant proprietary systems & software with a good knowledge of more generic business applications e.g. Microsoft Office

Other skills to include proficient skill in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.
