Job Purpose
To help the team in driving profitable value from our JV relationship through effective relationship management of key stakeholders developing acquisition, product, pricing and promotional strategies to meet revenue, growth and profit objectives.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop profitable strategies for our Joint Venture relationships to optimise revenue generation and meet targets through analysis of customer needs and behaviours, market trends, competitive developments and managing segment risk.
- Understand strategies to maximise revenue without adverse customer reaction and within the risk appetite.
- Develop strong relationships with the Joint Venture partners allowing for presentation of recommendations, constructive challenge and discussion.
- Build and develop close working relationships with key stakeholders such as Credit Risk, Commercial Insights, Operations & Business Performance.
- Assist in the management of contract negotiations.
- Develop retention strategies for profitable customers.
- Mentoring of more junior members in the team.
