We have an excellent opportunity for a person with previous experience working in Customer Service in a finance, insurance or banking role.
Skills required
- Good telephone manner
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Previous Call Centre Experience
- Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel (Microsoft packages)
The Role
Currently we have a vacancy within the customer support department of a major blue chip organisation, where the successful candidate will work as part of a team assisting inbound callers with account queries.
You will learn new skills as well as gaining professional qualifications through on the job training. Your main duties would include:- To act as point of contact for customers
- Verify that correct documentation has been received from the customer
- Liaise with internal, and external customers regarding queries
- Maintain and update relevant systems
- To make contact with internal and external customers regarding their accounts
- Assist people who are behind on payments
The Package
Starting salary is £15,500 for new staff - potential to increase to £17,500 through performance. Quarterly incentive scheme with the potential earnings of up to £1,800 Successful candidates will also receive 25 days holiday, a 17% non contributory pension and other benefits.Experience
