Salary:	Ł15,500 – Ł18,000 basic plus bonuses and a range of benefits such as pension and healthcare

The Role

Responsible for providing customer service support for a broad client base whilst supporting the wider customer service department. Other responsibilities will include the production of quotes, progression of orders, renewals management, handling client enquiries and the offer of alternatives and promotion of special offers to help achieve overall Regions Sales targets.

Produce quotes, progress orders and handle wide-ranging enquiries, meeting agreed service levels.
Develop an understanding of employee tax legislation, car policies and procedures and be able to explain these at driver and fleet manager level
Develop the skills and know-how to resolve routine enquiries via telephone/email/fax/web, effectively prioritising workload.

The Candidate

The candidate will have previous experience of working in a customer service / sales support team preferably in a financial services environment
