The Candidate

The ideal candidate will come from an office based, customer service background. You will have a good telephone manner and experience of dealing with a high volume of enquiries over the phone.

These are the following associated skills:

Good customer services experience essential
knowledge of insurance/claims desirable but not essential
Good decision making skills

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of Inbound/Outbound call activity relating to the management of motor claims activity.

Handling First Notification of Loss calls, the role will ensure customers’ expectations are managed correctly and all required information relating to incidents is captured and progressed in accordance with company and customer arrangements.

Ongoing progression of claims will be managed via the role holder ensuring customer rules and timescales are adhered to. In addition the role will support more general administration duties as required and support specialist areas such as daily rental debt recovery.

Key tasks include:

Logging new incidents of lease cars
Chasing claims
Progress claims though stages of repair from accident to getting it back to drive
Keeping workload up to date, answering calls, progressing claims through
