Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a competent PR Manager to join a major finance house working in the motor finance division. This position is essential for keeping the client’s name at the forefront of their customer requirements with particular attention through press coverage. The main job responsibilities:- Manage all internal and external press activity and dealer communications to promote new initiatives/products and reinforce the strengths of brand
- Proactively seek out sponsorship opportunities, which will support our overall PR strategy in the form of events, awards, dinners, speaker opportunities and “advertorials”.
- Monitor & measure the client’s and competitors press coverage across all business stream publications.
- Exploit the SMS database to communicate effectively and profitably with our dealers through a range of direct marketing mailings. Production, management and distribution of various Direct Mailings
- Look for opportunities to increase the company profile within our target markets.
- Manage the Marketing Intranet website to provide internal customers (i.e. Account Mangers) with useful and up to date marketing information.
- Produce Marketing SDU’s and distribute to the ACM’s
- Renew all magazine subscriptions for all business stream publications.
- Produce Support/congratulations adverts on request
- Act as Internal Communications co-ordinator for all M&L Communications
- Other Ad hoc marketing initiatives
