Job Description
A rare opportunity has arisen to work for a leading provider of Invoice Finance and Business Banking services; our client is looking to recruit a successful Credit/Risk Manager from the Financial Services industry.In brief the role responsibilities are:
- Undertake and manage the efficient and timely analysis and consideration of propositions from the Business Development and Relationship Management teams
- Ensure adherence to Credit Policy Rules and Guidelines and procedures in respect of the sanctioning of new and existing business
- Deputise for the Head/Senior Risk Manager of Sector
- Set, measure and proactively manage own performance against key objectives
- Seek and utilise opportunities for continuous improvement
- Demonstrate and strengthen understanding of the Corporate Markets’ values and embed them in all activities
- Undertake ad hoc risk projects under the direction of the Head/Senior Risk Manager of Sector
Ideally you will have knowledge of the invoice finance industry but you must have experience in credit, underwriting, risk. We will consider candidates from consumer finance, motor finance, asset and a commercial mortgage background.
