Job Description
To help with the introduction, qualification and the channel delivery of all sizeable business from initial scope to final delivery and future requirements of the client including reviews and support.- Offer guidance and support to sales teams to help with the acquisition of new accounts.
- To qualify all new leads not only for support but a full financial cost benefit report done.
- To work with the Operations Director and the sales contact to put together a start to completion and then further review time line with deliverables.
- To work with all the operations managers and manage the time line to deliverables and times outlined and allowing for current work load, also to under take regular review meetings with all parties concerned
- Identify areas of the business and report back to the Operations Director and management team where improvements could be made
- Provide a weekly update report and all accounts being worked on together with overview.
- Communicate and mediate between higher and operational management through support team meetings the Company requirements and issues.
- All issues that cause a project not to run to time tine to be reported immediately to Operations Director
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Gantt charts to anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts
- Prepare financial reviews and project summaries inc closing reports at the completion of a project
- Assess resource requirements for assigned projects and coordinate these requirements with the project team to determine staffing and service levels
