Job Description
Develop online registration process from embryonic stage to role out to dealers. Provide support and training for online registrations. Deal with general enquiries.Principal accountabilities
- Develop online registration process and set up with dealers – provide sufficient training and support for minimal errors during initial set up.
- Effectively communicate with senior management, administration and sales force any action required to ensure company objectives met.
- Produce any ad-hoc reports for senior management if required.
- Performance management
- Work within regulatory guidelines and report any suspected breach of FSA Regulations to Compliance department.
- Produce Weekly and Monthly Invoicing for all electronic policies, distribute to salesforce.
- Resolve any sales force queries regarding online invoicing
- Provide support to Sales Force
- Process electronic data
- Liase with external clients to include system training and ongoing development for FSA compliance.
- Customer service – all calls answered and dealt with agreed service levels.
- Identify errors in form completion and make decision to delay data entry or take any remedial action within your capabilities/authority to complete task. Any clerical tasks which may be necessary to ensure the smooth running of the department
