Job Description

Currently we have a vacancy within their administration/support department, where the successful candidate will work as part of a team of 8 people.

You will learn new skills as well as gaining professional qualifications through on the job training. Your main duties would include:

To act as point of contact for customers and the sales force
Verify that correct documentation has been received from the customer before passing on to the sales team
Daily liaison with internal colleagues to update them on accounts
Ensuring all legal documentation is in place for transaction deadlines using various mediums
Liaise with internal, and external customers regarding queries
Maintain and update relevant systems
To make contact with internal and external customers regarding their accounts

Skills required

Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel (Microsoft packages)
Good telephone manner
General administration skills (filing, dealing with post, letters)
An eye for accuracy

Successful candidates will also receive 25 days holiday, a 17% non contributory pension (£2890) and other benefits.
