THC is growing out of the Recession with the opening of a new Division recruiting on behalf of leading estate agencies for Mortgage Consultants and Lettings Negotiators.

THC is a specialist recruitment company working with clients and candidates across Financial Services including: Asset, Finance House, Vendor, Sales Aid, Motor Finance, Captive, Contract Hire, Consumer, Invoice Discounting and Factoring.

THC have recently opened a division in Property, working with leading estate agencies nationwide recruiting Mortgage Consultants, Lettings Negotiators & Managers, Sales Negotiators, Valuers, Assistant & Branch Managers, Property Managers, Listers and Administrators as well as trainee positions.

Our recruitment team is based in Hertfordshire and from that base THC cover the whole of the UK with our experienced consultants spending time in the field visiting clients and interviewing candidates to ensure that we have an in depth understanding of our clients' needs and candidate suitability.

THC has steadily grown over recent years and have become long term recruitment partners to many of the UK’s leading Finance Houses, Vendor Finance Companies and Estate Agencies. We are also a preferred supplier to the UK’s largest Personal finance company; we will continue to grow our expertise to add value to both our candidate and client base.
